Soul food via Seoul
Fried chicken and beer. A match made in heaven, right? Koreans love the combo so damn much they’ve dedicated a whole word to it. Pretty much a national pastime, the Korean compound word Chimaek (치맥) comes from “chi”, short for “chikin” plus “Mac” from “maekju”, Korean for beer.
Inspired by this fried chicken obsession, we’re proud to bring a taste of Seoul to the heart of Dublin with our Korean-Irish (the combo you never knew you needed) fusion food.
Think crispy free-range chicken that’s irresistibly good and sauce so delicious you’ll question all life decisions so far.
