Korean Hot Butter

Time: Under 2 hours

Suitiable for: Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 113g Irish butter, softened at room temp
  • 2 tbsp Korean hot sauce, adjust to taste
Recipe:
  1. In a bowl, add the softened butter and Chimac Korean hot sauce.
  2. Whisk vigorously, use a hand mixer or whisk until light and well distributed 
  3. Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold, ice cube tray, or shape it into a log using plastic wrap.

  4. If using plastic wrap, roll it tightly into a cylinder and twist the ends.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or freeze for 30 minutes) until firm.

  6. Pop out the butter cubes or slice from the log.

  7. Melt over hot fried chicken, grilled meats, or spread on toast for a spicy, buttery kick! 

🔥Tip:  Let it soften slightly before serving for the best spreadability!
