The amazing Gather&Gather let us come by the LinkedIn offices to bring the taste of Chimac to them!
It was so fun to work with the team and serve up some of our delicious fried chicken for a few hours and we made sure to giveaway a few bottles of our sauce throughout the day as well.
18th - 21st July 2024
We were honoured to be invited back to Peckham Arches, this time as sauce sponsors for the UK's biggest BBQ festival. We chatted to some great people, slung lots of sauce & Garret even got up on stage to do a LIVE cooking demo - all in what felt like 30 degree heat!
The food was incredible with the entire festival being curated by Eating with Tod & Savour festival. We can't wait for the next one 🥳
28th - 30th June 2024
Maybe one of our biggest "pinch me" events we had the honour of working at was Taylor Swift's Era's tour. While having a stand at the Aviva Stadium was achievement enough, we never imagined that would open the door to be able to work and experience such a huge show! It certainly was a change from the rugby...

JustEat invited us to Pride in June & though it was a washout we had such a fun time celebrating with everybody.
13th - 16th June 2024
June saw us return to Taste of Dublin in Merrion Square with Uber Eats for an incredible long weekend. The sun was out in full force, the drinks were flowing, the vibes were immaculate and the food!? Amazing.
On the menu we had:
Chimac Poutine
Nugs with Korean Hot sauce
Wings with Sriracha Caramel &
Korean Beef Tartare Nori wrap
Taste is one of our favourite weekends of the year and while it is a crazy few days we've never had so much fun 😍

In May we collabed with some of our most favourite guys ever Blanco Niño to bring a Korean-Mexican Taco Throwdown to Chimac Terenure!
Tickets included a mouthwateringly tasty 5 course meal including set tacos, loaded nachos & a delish gochujang washed brown butter frozen marg 🤤 What could be better than that!? Keep an eye out throughout August, a little birdie tells me it was so nice we may just have to do it twice!

We went across the pond for a weekend in May to take part in WingJam - an incredible international wing festival that took place in Peckham Arches.
We were proud to represent Ireland and sling some incredible fried chicken for some great people and we even took home some awards winning best vendor & most craic 🫶 it truly was an unforgettable weekend.

This spring we came together to host a Thai Smash Burger night to fundraise for Essential Supplies.
In April we arranged a charity event “Patties for Peace'' where we cooked a delicious menu of spicy, thai-style smash burgers, skinny hand-cut fries and milkshakes for one night and one night only in our gorgeous Terenure location. All proceeds were split between Focus Ireland and purchasing supplies for asylum seekers at Dublin's IPO and featured a live DJ set from our very own homegrown DJ OCRAS (Oran).

We are over the moon to bring our deliciously sticky, spicy sauces to London town this November.
We're teaming up with the very best wine guys and gals at Cave Cuvée on Bethnal Green Rd for this very special occasion. We've got a pared back menu of quintessential Chimac flavours - kimcheese toasties, sriracha caramel dawwgies and even some korean hot beef tartare. How could you say no?
It'll all be accompanied by some of Top Cuvées favourite wines available by the glass and bottle.

Last week we kicked off the 2023 Taste Club Series with Mastercard & Aperol. Our menu included:
*Bulgogi beef arancini served with an Aperol Spritz
*Szechuan sriracha caramel wings
*Pizza nugs with a gochujang and san marzano tomato sauce, fior di latte, smoked scarmoza and kimcheese fries
*Pomegranate spritz with mandarin and pomegranate infused aperol, white vermouth and pink soda
*Chimac ice-cream sammie
