Hot Sauce

Korean Hot Hollandaise sauce

Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 3-4

Level: Easy

Suitiable for: Vegetarian

 Ingredients:
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Lemon juice to taste - we start with a tablespoon 
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Chimac Korean hot sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter 

 

Recipe:
  1. Melt your butter 
  2. While your butter is melting, whisk together your egg yolks, mustard and lemon juice.
  3. Add in Korean Hot sauce - start with a drop.
  4. While whisking add in your melted butter to make sure everything is combined nice and emulsified.
  5. Tasting it add in more Korean Hot sauce, lemon juice or salt to taste.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
